What should I read on a contest card?

What does lock mean?
Lock means a later save does not enter that contest. If you still want a change, make it before the lock time shown on the fixture.
When do I pick the captain?
Pick the captain and vice-captain last. If a player is marked unavailable, replace that player before you save.
How are points decided?
Points follow the real match and the contest rules inside the app. This page does not publish a points table.
